Job Description
BHY Hospital seeks a skilled Electrician to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems to support medical operations. Responsibilities include maintenance of wiring, lighting, power distribution, panels, UPS and generator systems; ensuring reliable power for medical equipment; maintaining emergency power systems; assisting with new installations, upgrades, and documentation; and performing 1‑phase and 3‑phase motor, generator, and panel work. Must be able to use hospital software and perform other tasks as assigned.
- Qualifications: DAE Electrical or equivalent, 2–3 years’ experience; wireman license preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and codes; ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces or at heights.
