Job Description
Benchmark School System invites applications for a full-time Early Years Urdu Teacher at the Westridge Campus, Rawalpindi. Reporting to the Campus Head/Academic Coordinator, the teacher will deliver play-based, student-centered instruction in Urdu (speaking, listening, reading, and basic writing), plan lessons, assess and record progress, and communicate with parents.
- Responsibilities: employ stories, rhymes and flashcards; maintain classroom discipline; participate in trainings and school events; collaborate on curriculum development.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred); fluent in spoken and written Urdu; early years or primary experience preferred; strong classroom management, communication, patience, and creativity.
