Job Description
ASK Development, a renowned telecom company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls with professionalism and positivity. You will effectively resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns while processing orders, verifying details, and handling payments. Additionally, maintaining and updating customer account information will be key to this role.
Salary: $37,00 – $55,00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Education: Minimum graduation required.
Experience: At least 6 months in Customer Service (CSR).
Location: Islamabad (Required).
