Job Description

ASK Development Pvt Limited, a leading telecom company, is seeking an Online Technical Support Engineer to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries through chat, email, or support systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues remotely, while guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and offering product usage assistance. Additionally, you will document technical interactions and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.

Requirements: Male candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering are preferred.

The salary range is Rs37,00 – Rs50,00 per month, with performance-based incentives available.
