Job Description
ASK Development Limited is seeking a Senior Architect Engineer to lead and execute office renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will manage project budgets and obtain necessary approvals, oversee regular maintenance and renovations of company facilities, conduct structural assessments while ensuring regulatory compliance, and prepare comprehensive project reports and audits for quality assurance.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs80,00.00 per month.
