Job Description
ASK Development Limited is currently looking for enthusiastic Banking Helpline Agents to join our team for a renowned telecom company. The ideal candidates will be responsible for answering customer calls with a friendly demeanor, efficiently resolving inquiries and complaints, and managing customer orders and account information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in the banking sector.
- Location: Lahore (In-person).
