Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to enhance our team. This pivotal role involves conducting and managing recruitment processes, maintaining CV databases, and overseeing onboarding procedures. You will also be responsible for generating key documents such as offer letters, along with managing employee evaluations and settlements.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in HR reporting tools are essential for this role.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs110,00.00 per month, inclusive of medical insurance, performance bonuses, and additional benefits. Shift hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
