Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, and fluency in both English and Urdu. You should demonstrate strong skills in recruitment, employee relations, and a solid understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office is essential.
In this role, you will manage talent acquisition, enhance employee relations, oversee HR operations, handle performance management, and develop company policies.
