Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi, Pakistan
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

About the Role: Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our BPO team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in team leadership, process optimization, and sustaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing daily operations, improving efficiency, nurturing client relationships, and promoting a positive team environment.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have proven experience in BPO Operations Management, robust leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a willingness to work night shifts.
Salary: Rs170,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month
