Job Description
We are seeking a Lead to manage daily warehouse operations for inbound and outbound courier parcels. The role oversees sorting, scanning, dispatch, and receiving; directs staff, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and maintains shipment and inventory records.
- Ensure safety, an orderly facility layout, and coordination with hub managers, riders, and dispatch.
- Investigate parcel discrepancies and drive continuous improvement in space utilization, workflow, and KPIs (TAT, accuracy, delivery success, productivity).
- Optimize staffing, reporting, and operational processes to meet service targets.
Requirements: 2–5 years of warehouse or courier experience, proficiency with WMS, barcode scanning, and Excel; proven team leadership, analytical problem-solving, and flexibility to work shifts. Full-time, on-site.
