Job Description
Appcrates seeks a formal-minded Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to manage inbound and outbound B2B communications, resolve client inquiries, and cultivate strong corporate relationships. In this full-time, in-person role you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution, maintain accurate interaction records, support product and order inquiries, and recommend solutions that meet client needs while adhering to service-level standards.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years B2B CSR experience ideal
- Required: excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, time management, customer-focused problem solving
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic CRM systems
