Job Description
We seek a motivated Telesales Agent to join our U.S. Truck Dispatch team. The role involves making outbound calls to carriers and shippers, qualifying leads, explaining dispatch services, scheduling pickups, and closing sales. You will maintain records in the CRM, follow up on opportunities, and coordinate with dispatchers to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Requirements: fluent U.S. English, excellent phone skills, persuasive communication, reliable internet, and availability during U.S. business hours.
- Preferred: basic knowledge of trucking operations and prior sales experience; a results-driven mindset is a plus.
Compensation includes base pay plus commission and performance incentives.
