Job Description
Amigos BPO seeks a B2B Customer Sales Representative for on-site night shift in Rawalpindi/Islamabad (Westridge 1 & Phase 7). The role focuses on driving sales to contractors and builders by providing cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, and pre-bid support. Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome; candidates with 1+ year of B2B sales experience in construction or estimation may be considered for senior roles.
- Generate and qualify leads; manage objections and negotiations.
- Coordinate with estimators and maintain client relationships.
- Full-time, on-site schedule: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM.
- Salary: Rs35,00–70,00/month plus incentives.
Must be available to work on-site during the advertised hours.
