Job Description
AlgoRepublic Private Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Recruiter to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to identify and fill key positions while implementing effective recruitment strategies. Your duties will encompass drafting compelling job advertisements, evaluating candidate qualifications, and ensuring consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
Ideal candidates should possess outstanding communication skills, a solid understanding of technology and recruitment methodologies, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor’s degree along with two years of experience in HR operations and technical recruitment is preferred. This full-time in-person position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs90,00.00 per month.
