Job Description
Al-Mustafa Welfare Society is seeking a dedicated Patient Welfare Officer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing daily support to patients, assisting in Zakat and discount cases, and overseeing the verification of donor accounts. Your role will involve maintaining precise records for patients undergoing treatment for eye conditions, dialysis, thalassemia, and cleft disorders using Excel spreadsheets, as well as generating essential documentation related to donations.
Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in patient welfare. This is a full-time position located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13C, and in-person attendance is required.
