Job Description
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will develop production schedules, supervise and mentor teams, optimize processes, control budgets, and coordinate maintenance and inventory management.
The role enforces quality standards, drives continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), provides staff training, and ensures regulatory and safety compliance.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years in production or manufacturing leadership.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, clear communication, and proficiency with production planning tools.
