Job Description
AK Graphic invites dynamic, motivated Call Center Agents for a night-shift international campaign based in Gulberg II, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Make outbound calls and ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide professional, high-quality customer service.
Requirements:
- 1–2 months of call center experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Consistent punctuality and reliable attendance.
