Job Description

ABS International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment during night shifts at our offices located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to making job offers.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for effective candidate management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition with ATS proficiency.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Availability for night shifts.
