Job Description
ABS International is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to join our dynamic team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time role requires commitment from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for branch expansion and growth.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of over 50 banking and fintech professionals.
- Effectively oversee branch profit and loss.
- Ensure compliance with SECP and SBP regulations.
- Implement programs aimed at enhancing customer retention.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the banking or fintech sector.
- An MBA or Finance degree is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of SECP and SBP regulations.
- Strong strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Availability to work evening shifts.
