We are currently seeking a meticulous MIS Executive to join our team in Islamabad. Key responsibilities include developing employee schedules, monitoring agent availability, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating closely with the HR department.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) or scheduling, hold a Bachelor’s degree, be proficient in MS Excel, and demonstrate strong analytical abilities.
Compensation: The monthly salary ranges from Rs60,00.00 to Rs70,00.00. This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.
