Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Workforce Management Executive to join our team in Islamabad. This position plays a critical role in optimizing staffing decisions, scheduling, and performance forecasting to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage employee schedules
- Oversee live queues and monitor agent availability
- Analyze key performance indicators
- Collaborate effectively with HR and Operations teams
- Generate Workforce Management reports
- Support headcount planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Workforce Management
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
