Job Description
AA Tracker Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at our DHA Karachi office. The ideal candidate will be a Karachi-based male with a willingness to engage with customers actively.
Requirements:
- Male candidates only, residing in Karachi
- Must possess a personal bike for field coordination
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Maintain customer service records and ensure follow-ups
