Job Description
FoneRep is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a US-based campaign. This role entails handling 70% inbound calls and 30% outbound calls, providing top-notch customer service and support.
Requirements:
– Exceptional communication and active listening skills
– Self-motivated and organized team player
– Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software
– Availability to work night shifts starting at 6 PM
