Job Description
International Petrochemical is seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to oversee the operation of plant equipment and machinery. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Operating and maintaining assigned equipment.
- Conducting routine inspections and reporting any irregularities.
- Assisting in plant start-ups, shutdowns, and emergency responses.
- Ensuring cleanliness in the work environment.
- Recording operational data and communicating issues to supervisors.
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Operations.
- 2–4 years of industrial plant operations experience.
- Ability to read gauges, meters, and technical documents.
- Physically fit for manual tasks and shift work.
