Job Description
Soothmedia Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to enhance our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our office network, CCTV systems, attendance machines, and server infrastructure, in addition to providing general IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Installation and management of CCTV systems
- Support for attendance and biometric machines
- Maintenance of server performance and backups
- IT support for hardware and software issues
Requirements: A DAE in Electronics is preferred, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
