Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the face of our organization, serving as the initial point of contact for all visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming and professional environment at our front desk while providing essential administrative support. This position involves managing phone calls, overseeing guest entries, and facilitating daily office operations.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests with courtesy, directing phone calls to appropriate departments, maintaining visitor logs and security badges, and assisting with clerical tasks. Additionally, you will manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensure the reception area remains clean and organized, and provide basic company information as needed.
