Job Description
We are seeking an HR Operations Trainee to support daily HR activities and gain practical experience under mentorship. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, HRIS data entry, payroll support, document management, and compliance tasks.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and maintain accurate employee records.
- Help coordinate training programs and track completion.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with HRIS preferred, and a willingness to learn.
