Work Generations Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Operations Team Lead for the evening shift (4:00 PM–12:00 AM) at KPZ Galaxy Mall, 1st Floor, Bahria Intellectual Village, Phase 7, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. This full-time, in-person role requires 4–7 years of operations experience and a bachelor’s degree.

The successful candidate will lead, coach, and manage daily workflows, monitor KPIs, enforce SOPs, handle escalations, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, proven leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems are essential.
