Job Description
Bukhari HR Consultancy’s client in Islamabad is hiring a full-time Outbound Sales Agent for an onsite position at Soan Garden, shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. The role involves high-volume cold calling to US/Canada prospects, email outreach, LinkedIn support, lead qualification using scripts, appointment scheduling, CRM updates, and meeting weekly KPIs.
- Requirements: excellent English (US), BPO experience, exposure to US/Canadian campaigns, comfortable with cold calling and objection handling, and familiarity with dialers and CRMs.
- Salary: Rs40,00–50,00 per month. In-person position, target-oriented and reliable candidates preferred.
