Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Dyeing Shift Supervisor to join our esteemed team at a premier garment manufacturing factory. This full-time role requires candidates to possess at least intermediate educational qualifications and 4-5 years of proven experience in a knit fabric dyeing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee dyeing processes to ensure they operate efficiently while meeting quality and production objectives.
- Assess dye recipes and conduct shade matching in accordance with customer specifications.
- Supervise shift staff and maintain compliance with safety regulations.
- Promptly address any deviations in processes or machine issues.
Compensation: Starting salary is Rs100,00.00 per month for this on-site position.
