Job Description
Texo Poly Industries Private Limited is currently seeking a talented Payroll Specialist to enhance our dedicated team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance tracking and management
- Payroll processing and oversight
- Management of overtime, advances, and leave records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or production sector is preferred
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 60,00 to 70,00, along with attractive benefits.
