Job Description
7 KINGS CODE LLC, a U.S.-based software solutions company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Patient Appointment Scheduling. This full-time role is based onsite in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
Education & Experience:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in managing patient appointment scheduling calls.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Skills:
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Experience in real estate is advantageous.
- Proficient in effective call management.
Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM PAK TIME. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
