Job Description
24/7 DCT is currently seeking a qualified Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager to lead all financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with U.S. GAAP standards. This is a full-time role that requires working night shifts in alignment with U.S. business hours and entails close collaboration with onshore finance teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, steering budgeting and forecasting initiatives, upholding internal controls, and managing the accounting team. We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 8 years of experience in U.S. GAAP environments, and demonstrated technical and leadership abilities.
The salary range for this position is Rs200,00.00 to Rs300,00.00 per month.
